Is there a way to tell mbsync to synchronize all folders that are
present on the server, but to ignore folders that are only present
on the slave?
I currently use
Patterns * !a !b !c ...
but the list of ignored folders grows very long.
I could stop using "*", but then I would not notive new folders
that appear on the master.
