*The client is seeking an experienced Project Executive to assist the
client in running a large scale Project.*



*Requirement**:*



*Skills * *:*

Ø  Proven track record in business P&L management, financial concepts and
contract law.

Ø  Proven track record in leading large, virtual teams, influential, able
to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and
setting up internal networks.

Ø  Demonstrated technical leadership skills

Ø  Project Management

Ø  Manage activities of individual contributors and/or Managers associated
with this project.

Ø  Track record of managing complex Portfolio of Annuity Services deals up
to $30 million+


*Education and Experience* *:*

Ø  PMP Certification

Ø  Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ø  3-5years’ of Client Mgmt & 10 + years industry experience

Ø  Experience leading a Large ITO Managed Mainframe Deal

Ø  Experience leading ITO Mainframe Projects and Operations

Ø  Experience in large revenue deals to include combination of multi-
business unit/product line.

Ø  Experience managing a business in start-up and growth phases.

Ø  Experience in developing executive level customer relationships
including very good negotiation, presentation and communication skills at
executive levels.





*Responsibilities:*



Ø  Manages larger teams, managers of teams, areas, or customers with broad
scope or impact, including setting organizational direction/work
prioritization, people development, cost management, and alignment with
larger business goals.

Ø  Coaches and mentors employee direct reports. May coach and mentor
non-direct reports as needed.

Ø  Plans and directs the delivery of contracted business activities
throughout the contract’s lifecycle (from business development through
contract closure) for portfolio of contracts

Ø  Accountable for the financial performance of the contract – in terms of
Revenue / Margin and Growth potential on the portfolio of contracts.

Ø  Accountable for customer satisfaction with respect to annuity or
outsourcing services.

Ø  Establishes yearly budgets and controls expenses to achieve financial
goals.

Ø  Leads more complex business negotiations or portions of extremely large
contracts.

Ø  Directs the planning, assessment and development of new business
opportunities in partnership with the company sales.

Ø  Leads the account leadership team which is comprised of Sales, Delivery
Management, & Client Management.

Ø  In this capacity, responsible for:
-As appropriate to the contract agreement, assures compliance with the
company and customer’s HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics and government
related policies, strategies, and processes.
-Directs the planning, assessment and development of new business
opportunities in partnership with company sales.
-Develops and nurtures senior mgmt or executive-level relationships with
the customer.
-Significant contributor to the development of long-term strategic account
plan; leads substantial portions of the strategic account plan.
-Pro-actively contributes to the customer’s business improvement, planning
and budgeting process.
-Develops strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as
performance metrics and measure, escalation change management and
communication.

-Apply expert project management knowledge to manage staff activities in
solving complex business/technical issues within established policies

Ø  Have accountability for a large multi-department area with significant
impact on business unit results and organizational strategy.

Ø  Act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall
policies and long-term goals of the organization.

Ø  Plan, manage and monitor high-end operational/tactical activities of
Staff. Staff members' primary focus is on either high-end tactical or broad
strategic issues or a combination of both.

Ø  Recruit and support development of direct staff members.
