I don't understand this question.
A phrase is a series of Chunks that has a leading (i.e. you can define
the space between to lines if a newline occurs).
A phrase differs from a Paragraph in this way that a paragraph also
can have a right and left indentation and that a newline is automatically
added after a paragraph is added to the document.
