If the page number is the only problem, than it could be solved by an special
'PageNumber' class as 'Element' in iText.
In RTF I've coded this as RTFPageNumber.
So, if I wish to insert a pagenumber in the table in my footer, I must adding an
instance of this special 'PageNumber' class and the
writers can decide what is to do for it.
E.g. the HTMLWriter ignores it, the PdfWriter writes the current concrete pagenumber
and the RtfWriter writes an RtfField.
Or I'm wrong? Please correct me.
