Not always. It depends on the data. For small files with only one page full compression will lead to a bigger file size.
also after splitting the stamped file (141Kb, single page) gets reduced to split file (71Kb, single file) how is this possible??
You are making the wrong assumption that you can apply simple math to PDF.
