I still don't understand what you are saying. Can you please
do a few steps backwards and look at your own question?
Does it make sense to you? Because it doesn't to me.

Here's what you want to do:

You want to create a PDF. In this PDF you have some anchors (a).
These anchors correspond with titles (t). Once the PDF is created,
you want to add some pages at the beginning of the PDF. These pages
contain the titles (t) presented as links to the anchors (a).

You were given the following advice; I quote (May 30; 16:08):
"Instead of generating a TOC as a PDF in a ByteArrayOutputStream,
I'd create the main PDF with Outlines (aka Bookmarks).
The outlines may be sufficient for your needs, but if you still
need actual pages with the TOC as well as the links, you'll find
out that the outlines contain all the information you need to
create that 'interactive TOC'."

Do you understand that advice? I guess not, otherwise you wouldn't
be talking about 'Remote Go To' links. Please explain what isn't
clear in the advice that was given.
