The above question doesn't make sense. Although it's MANDATORY on this list to create a small standalone example that reproduces any problem you have, I did this job in your place. I also create bookmarks with PdfOutline. In the first example, I create them with FITH. In the second example, I use named destinations. That's phase 1. The PDF has outlines/a bookmark pane. In phase 2 I want to add some a TOC page to the document. I reuse the outlines I've define in phase 1 to create the page with the 'local go to' links. I have no idea why you kept on talking about 'remote go to' links.
