I don't know on what ground they can threaten you?
I don't see any reason for violating anything. The document does not
say anything about other than it's what they have written and
so owned by them. No (c) Copyright logo!

I wonder if I post a document written by Microsoft, will Micosoft
chase after me?

Ridiculous! To be eligible for claims, they should at least 
provide some sort of indications on the document. 

On the contrary, posting such document actually promotes 
the company. Rather the company should thank to the poster. 
That's what I think right!
