I've followed a tutorial to merge two pdf files, however the pages of the second input file seem to only occupy a small (bottom-left) portion of the page in the output.

I've looked through the faq and recent mailing list entries, but I'm not even sure what I should be searching for. Any suggestions or links to pages I might read to better understand this problem?
