When I create a PDF with iText 5.1.2 using the attached program and image,
viewing it in Reader X gives an "Insufficient data for an image" error.

I understand that iText copies the image "as-is", and searching the mailing
list suggests that this only happens when there is a problem with the image
itself. However, I can view the image successfully in several applications,
and pngcheck-2.3.0 doesn't show any errors.

Can anyone suggest how to determine what is wrong with the image?
