I have an application that has to change background color on fields. I
have managed to get the text fields to display updated background colors,
but have run into the dilemma with checkboxes that will not display
background color changes. All searches have indicated that the checkboxes
have to be recreated for the visual appearance to show, but there are no
code samples to be found.
Does anyone have example java code for recreating checkboxes on an
existing PDF file so that updates to background color will display.
