If it works fine with Adobe Reader, what makes you think there's a 
problem with the PDF? If you store the PDF from Adobe Reader, does it 
show any flaws when you preflight it with Acrobat looking for PDF syntax 
errors? If not, then the problem isn't iText, nor the PDF; the problem 
is probably Chrome PDF viewer (which IMHO shouldn't be called a PDF 
viewer because it lacks too much PDF functionality).
