That document actually amazes me: It seems to say that approval and visible
certification signatures are ok in PDFs with dynamic XFA forms (section
1.4.1 and 1.4.2) and that the normal PDF objects are used for them (section
1.2)!

Or is there some (implicit) additional requirement to somehow reference
those PDF objects (either /Sig field or signature dictionary) from XFA? (In
case that hypothesis... I am a XFA noob!)
