And in this case I take it to be: Actively developed closed and open versions of the same software by a core team who are open to exploration, improvement and bug fixing from any who use the software and are keen enough to contribute rather than just being leeches, BUT not the kind of free-for-all, no one's in charge, which requires GIT to stop people then complaining that 'this project is all over the place' Works for most of us....
