iText 2.1.2u was released more almost 5 years ago [1]. You should not
expect any support for such an old version on this free mailing-list.
By purchasing a license, you will qualify to premium support [2], that
might cover older versions.
Also, you might try your luck at stackoverflow [3].
But please, please remember that by using iText 2, you are putting yourself
and your clients at risk, both technically and legally [4].
