I'm being pressured to finish installing OTRS: ITSM and I do not how to
install ITSM. I need help.
Does anyone know anything about this error?
I would appreciate any help they can provide.

I installed the package libxml-parser-lite-tree-perl and now comes
this error:
not properly closed tag 'File'
I have sought information on the internet but I have not managed to
find the problem.
