I solved the problem by changing the operating system and browser. I
tried to install on ubuntu linux with Firefox and I have done with
Windows and Internet Explorer.

I have already installed OTRS: ITSM.
I hope I can help the community on future occasions when I have more

I'm being pressured to finish installing OTRS: ITSM and I do not how to
install ITSM. I need help.
