Has anyone know if SystemMonitoring<http://www.otrs.com/en/news-and-press/news-details/article/automatic-system-and-network-monitoring-with-otrs/>allows to change the status of Configuration Items? We were able to configure SystemMonitoring to open and close tickets on every change on the status of services monitored by nagios. We'd like to be able to automatically link these tickets with Configuration Items and change the operational status to say "Incident". Is it possible?
