thanks for the feedback. Sorry, I'm not up to date, I have still a lot
of old unread postings.
P.S.
I would love to meet community users offline for discussion and ideas,
the offline meeting in august 2010 was very helpful (sorry, haven't
written a report yet) and also the OTRS booth at Linuxtag Berlin 2010.
So please notice that I will visit Chemnitzer Linuxtage 2011 and
Linuxtag Berlin 2011. Ideas are very welcome.
