I'm not the best person to answer this as I don't know much about the SDK. I
think you are asking for a native self hosted environment for developing Tizen
apps using development tools running on Tizen rather than using a cross
development environment building apps on a non-Tizen host and then running them
on Tizen which might be on a target device or on an emulation system or
simulator

The Tizen 2.0 (and later) releases will work on Intel processors that use
“GENX” graphics core. This includes various “Intel™ Core©” processors and some
yet to be released Intel™ Atom© processors.
