Hi,
Check if you have correct configuration in /etc/xdg/weston/weston.ini

If you use standard VGA display output section should look like following:

name=VGA1     ****

transform=90****

#mode=off


# if you are using VTC7KDK+VGA, please also add these lines:****

name=LVDS1     ****

mode=off
