The MV11A119 firmware is 32bit as far as I can see. As Geoffroy noted, you should flash a 64bit firmware to be able to boot 64bit EFI images. See the VTC-1010 related documentation @ https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/IVI/VTC-1010 for hints on how to find a 64bit firmware and flash it. Do note that you will have to use a flasher of the matching bitness to your *current* firmware when switching from 32bit to 64bit and vice versa.
