Don't use any module options with msp3400. In fact, you rarely if ever
need module options anymore with ivtv-0.4.x and up. msp3400 no longer
recognizes this option and so will fail to load, hence leading to the
other errors.

These modules should have been build and installed. Can you check if
they are installed to the correct place? There is also an outside
chance that you need to run 'depmod' first.
