Weird. Are you sure you have the correct firmware? You didn't
accidentally copy the decoder fw over the encoder fw or something like
that?
I mean, the fw is loaded correctly, but the driver cannot find the magic
numbers in it that tell it where the mailboxes are.
In the past there were some problems with uploading the fw to the chip's
memory space, but they were related to 64-bit issues. Those should be
solved now.
