I haven't even gotten far enough to worry about audio or remote myself. I get a very nasty kernel panic every time I try to load ivtv on a Fedora Core 3 box w/a PVR-150MCE. Anyone else using this combo successfully? Ulf's code is still undergoing review by a few folks... As for tuner types, it looks like my card has a type 47 (LG TAPE). Robert, you might try type 47 instead of 50 for your tuner and see if you get something other than static, unless you're positive its a type 50. > -----Original Message----- > From: Robert Brewer > > My configuration: > WinTV PVR-150 NTSC (with remote) > Debian unstable distro (fresh install this past week) > Kernel 2.6.10 > ivtv 0.3.2a > I've got the msp3400.ko from ivtv in my /lib/modules... > udev is managing /dev > > I first tried with my stock 2.6.9 kernel and got the composite input > to work but the tuner did not seem to change channels (always got static). > > In my /etc/modules.conf I set both > options ivtv tuner=50 > options tuner type=50 > but it didn't seem to work properly.
