There is really only one tuner on the 150. There appear to be two because the 150 and the 500 (which is treated as 2x150s) apparently use different inputs for the audio into the cx25840 chip. Input 6 is for the 150 and 7 is for the 500. As far as brightness and contrast, I'm pretty sure those are still works in progress so I wouldn't expect them to function properly yet.
I just discovered that the svideo tuners are different, too. On my card, 0 is in b&w, but 1 is in color. imagine my surprise. That was seemingly the one remaining thing keeping me from saying that my card was fully functional (although now mythfrontend segfaults when I try to view it as livetv -- mplayer works well enough, though).
