Answer my own question, I was able to get my PVR-250 running under 2.6.11 preempt with 0.3.3e, I had simply not compiled in DMA support on the ide controller, this is why I was losing timer interrupts.
The PVR-250 is now working very nicely. Unfortunately my 500mce that was working on my desktop is quite unhappy. :( Stephen On Sat, 2005-04-30 at 22:48 +1200, Nipper wrote: > Hi, > > Using my old PVR-250 under 0.3.3e with mythtv, after upgrading the > kernel to 2.6.11. > > I'm getting messages in dmesg: > > rtc: lost some interrupts at 1024Hz. > > coinciding with video/audio stutters when watching live tv/recording. > > Any ideas why?
