Does it work if you boot to windows first and then (soft) reboot to linux ? Does it work with ivtv-0.3.5 ? I have the same PVR150 as you and have the same problem. Yesterday I did some testing and I observed the following: * unplug power from pc, wait 30s, plug in power, boot linux: 0.3.5b (0.3.5a doesn't exist) and higher only give noise and no audio 0.3.5 works, 0.3.2m works too * unplug power from pc, wait, plug in power, boot windows, reboot to linux: all versions work * unplug power from pc, wait, plug in power, boot linux with 0.3.5, install newer version, reload modules: all versions work * unplug power from pc, wait, plug in power, boot linux with 0.3.5, install newer version, soft power down, boot linux with new version: works sometimes Unfortunately I have not had time to figure out what change in 0.3.5b causes this. > ivtv: VIA PCI device: 0x3116 vendor: 0x1106 > tveeprom: Hauppauge: model = 26559, rev = B260, serial# = 7678759 > tveeprom: tuner = LG S001D MK3 (idx = 60, type = 58) > tveeprom: tuner fmt = PAL(B/G) PAL(I) SECAM(L/L) PAL(D/K) (eeprom = 0x74, > v4l2 = 0x00400e17) Jasper ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
