[ivtv-devel] [PATCH] YUV scaling improvements

The attached patch is mostly the work of Ian Armstrong and improves the set up of the registers when playing back various different sized registers. This results in improved quality of the picture. Any problems as usual then just let us know. This should still work for NTSC users but has only been tested for PAL. Thanks to Ian for his work finding out what some of these registers do.   John
