Yeah looking at the dmesg you're not going to get any picture, since
the cards aren't setting up properly. For some reason, the chips for
the first card are showing up on ivtv i2c driver #1 and the chips for
the second card are showing up on ivtv i2c driver #0. I'm in the middle
of tracking down a segfault problem right now, but I'll see if I can
figure out what's going on after that. No need to drag in the portable
tv to check just yet.
