Are you sure this is the correct frequency? The picture looks like the
frequency was almost right but not quite. If you know the exact frequency
(e.g. Nederland 1 = 203.25 MHz then set the frequency with 16*203.25:
ivtvctl -f 3252.
That pal-europe frequency is almost certainly wrong. With more digital
channels being added, most cable networks in the Netherlands are on a
strict 8 MHz layout, and almost always not on the pal-europe layout.
