Resources are plentiful, the main server is a dual opteron with 2 Gbit interfaces. The backbone will soon be upgraded to 10GBit and connects to geant. Backups are daily and reliable, although using netbackup for restores is quite a PITA, so it's better not to let it come so far. The storage itself is on software RAID5. Remember these are the same servers that serve atrpms.net content that has 15.000 unique visitors per day and O(5TB) traffic per month. :) Try hitting dl.atrpms.net to see what the point to point bandwith is from where you are located. -- Axel.Thimm at ATrpms.net
