It works great here. I can confirm a +- 50% drop in cpu usage,
using this ivtvdrv_drv.o and .3.7k

There is both a 32 bit binary and the source code available here.
This reduces the CPU usage of the xdriver quite considerably. The
smaller the image being rendered the greater the gain will be though it
does seem to reduce the cpu usage by about 50% even for full screen PAL.
