In svn I've changed the default of ivtv_dynbuf to 0 (memory allocation on 
module load) since dynamic allocation should (IMHO) only be activated when 
you are sure you have enough memory and you are not going to experience 
out-of-memory situations.

I don't think this should be a problem for anyone. Right?
