Yes, there are a few. Your question prompted me to try the two i had installed 
a while ago - gnomeradio and gqradio. I can't get either of them to deliver the 
sound thus far; however, i think gnomeradio is now closer to functioning for me 
(after the upgrade to 0.3.9) - its tuned-in indicator lights up at station 
frequencies (although misreporting stereo as mono)

The above notwithstanding i am glad to have the command-line "ivtv-radio" 
working!
