I could help out with testing, if needed. I live in Canada, which is
an NTSC place, too.

http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Supported_hardware says that Hauppauge
PVR250 comes in three flavors. One of them is "Rev3: Models 32xxx,
should have Conexant CX23416". Will this one work with ivtv (I mean
the CC)? I don't want to buy another card that doesn't handle CCs...
