What sort of card do you have? I don't recognize the vendor ID, so it 
seems to be a new unsupported card.

Please give the brand name of the card and the chips that are on the 
board, including the tuner used (often you need to gently peel off the 
a label that's on the tuner to see the tuner type name beneath it).
