I am having the exact same problem, in fact it was my reason for joining this mailing list. Mine is with kernel version 2.6.15 and ivtv-0.4.2. The strange thing is that it was working fine up until a couple days ago when my computer locked up and I had to restart it. I have fewer files than the listing below, but the md5sums appear to be the same.
