Jonathan,
I have a powered 4-way splitter. I would think that if there was a power problem I would noticed at least some problems on the 350, but it continues to be rock solid.

Josh,
I have a PVR 350 and a PVR 500. I was having the same problem and the
picture on the 500 didn't look so great (Especially on the second
tuner). Well, I got a signal booster and installed it before my splitter
and it fixed the problem. I suspect the 500s are more sensative to a
weak signal than the 350. Are you sure you have a strong signal to the
capture cards?
