Thanks. With regards to the 500 this is what I've come to understand as well; two 150's, occasionally different hardware that leads to some driver issues... occasionally ;).
Yeah, I'd love to look into an HD card but in my part of the world (SW Ontario, Canada) the only way to get HD is to buy a terminal from the cable company and pay the applicable monthly surcharge (something I'm not ready to do quite yet), there is no OTA HD in my area (at least not currently). With a standard for HD distribution so up in the air where I live I'm hesitant to buy any connectivity-related hardware ATM. Regardless, your suggestion does have me thinking.
