Which is now also fixed: jumping from ivtv-0.4.6 to ivtv-0.7.0 means that
the input numbering has changed: I needed to modify all references to
"Input 0" to "Input 1" in the mythconverg database (2 entries per card).

After this change and a restart of mythbackend all is working fine now.
