I live in Lithuania and my cable operator is Vinita. Officially
Lithuania uses PAL-BG, but the cable operators are not strictly
regulated. That's why their frequencies and standards used can look very
eclectic.

I am not sure, but Vinita uses PAL-DK - I don't know how I can test that.
