Hey guys, new to the list =P Been having some troubles recently with my PVR150.
As of about 2 weeks ago, I was running a 2.6.16 kernel (gentoo), with the 0.6.3 ivtv driver. I did a bunch of upgrades to my machine (nothing involving the kernel or ivtv), just KDE, mythtv, various other progs. And noticed that ivtv was no longer able to change the channel. ivtv-tune would say it did (and say theres a signal), but when I would cat the video to a file, and play it, it would still be on the same channel. So I upgraded my kernel (and ivtv), and am now running: ivtv-0.8.0 kernel 2.6.18 After installing those two, and rebooting, everything was working just fine. Until today, again, ivtv stopped being able to change channels. Nothing was upgraded, nothing changed. Just suddenly neither ivtv-tune, nor mythtv (not helpful I know) can change the channel. ivtv-tune says it does, and that theres a signal, but stays on the same channel. Is there any known problem like this?
