As an update to this, I turned on ivtv_debug=127 and now cannot get the problem to reproduce. Having such huge logs is no answer though. Will turn debug down to 3 and keep trying to get a meaningful message. Still are there any ideas what I can do. I have two cards that are worthless now. > > Preet > > ivtv: ==================== START INIT IVTV ==================== > ivtv: version 0.8.2 (tagged release) loading > ivtv: Linux version: 2.6.18-1.2849.fc6 SMP mod_unload gcc-4.1 > ivtv: In case of problems please include the debug info between > ivtv: the START INIT IVTV and END INIT IVTV lines, along with > ivtv: any module options, when mailing the ivtv-users mailinglist. > ivtv0: Autodetected Hauppauge card (cx23416 based) > GSI 19 sharing vector 0xC1 and IRQ 19 > ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:06.0[A] -> GSI 17 (level, low) -> IRQ 193 > cx2388x dvb driver version 0.0.6 loaded > cx2388x v4l2 driver version 0.0.6 loaded > ivtv0: loaded v4l-cx2341x-enc.fw firmware (262144 bytes) > tveeprom 1-0050: Hauppauge model 26552, rev B268, serial# 7832899 > tveeprom 1-0050: tuner model is LG TAPE H001F MK3 (idx 68, type 47) > tveeprom 1-0050: TV standards NTSC(M) (eeprom 0x08) > tveeprom 1-0050: audio processor is CX25843 (idx 37) > tveeprom 1-0050: decoder processor is CX25843 (idx 30) > tveeprom 1-0050: has radio, has no IR remote > ivtv0: Autodetected Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 > tuner 1-0043: chip found @ 0x86 (ivtv i2c driver #0) > tda9887 1-0043: tda988[5/6/7] found @ 0x43 (tuner) > tuner 1-0061: chip found @ 0xc2 (ivtv i2c driver #0) > cx25840 1-0044: cx25843-23 found @ 0x88 (ivtv i2c driver #0) > Vendor: USB2.0 Model: CardReader CF RW Rev: 0814 > Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 00 > sd 2:0:0:0: Attached scsi generic sg2 type 0 > Vendor: USB2.0 Model: CardReader Combo Rev: 0814 > Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 00 > sd 2:0:0:1: Attached scsi removable disk sdd > sd 2:0:0:1: Attached scsi generic sg3 type 0 > usb-storage: device scan complete > cx25840 1-0044: loaded v4l-cx25840.fw firmware (16382 bytes) > wm8775 1-001b: chip found @ 0x36 (ivtv i2c driver #0) > ivtv0: Encoder revision: 0x02050032 > ivtv0: Registered device video1 for encoder MPEG > ivtv0: Registered device video33 for encoder YUV > ivtv0: Registered device vbi1 for encoder VBI > ivtv0: Registered device video25 for encoder PCM audio > ivtv0: Registered device radio1 for encoder radio > tuner 1-0061: type set to 47 (LG NTSC (TAPE series)) > ivtv0: Initialized Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150, card #0 > GSI 20 sharing vector 0xC9 and IRQ 20 > ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:07.0[A] -> GSI 18 (level, low) -> IRQ 201 > CORE cx88[0]: subsystem: 7063:3000, board: pcHDTV HD3000 HDTV > [card=22,autodetected] > TV tuner 60 at 0x1fe, Radio tuner -1 at 0x1fe > tuner 2-0043: chip found @ 0x86 (cx88[0]) > tda9887 2-0043: tda988[5/6/7] found @ 0x43 (tuner) > tuner 2-0061: chip found @ 0xc2 (cx88[0]) > tuner 2-0061: type set to 60 (Thomson DTT 761X (ATSC/NTSC)) > cx88[0]/0: found at 0000:00:07.0, rev: 5, irq: 201, latency: 64, mmio: > 0xf9000000 > cx88[0]/0: registered device video0 [v4l2] > cx88[0]/0: registered device vbi0 > cx88[0]/0: registered device radio0 > GSI 21 sharing vector 0xD1 and IRQ 21 > ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:11.5[C] -> GSI 22 (level, low) -> IRQ 209 > PCI: Setting latency timer of device 0000:00:11.5 to 64 > ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:07.2[A] -> GSI 18 (level, low) -> IRQ 201 > cx88[0]/2: found at 0000:00:07.2, rev: 5, irq: 201, latency: 64, mmio: > 0xf8000000 > cx88[0]/2: cx2388x based dvb card > DVB: registering new adapter (cx88[0]). > DVB: registering frontend 0 (Oren OR51132 VSB/QAM Frontend)... > ivtv: ====================== NEXT CARD ====================== > ivtv1: Autodetected Hauppauge card (cx23416 based) > ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:0a.0[A] -> GSI 17 (level, low) -> IRQ 193 > ivtv1: loaded v4l-cx2341x-enc.fw firmware (262144 bytes) > tuner 3-0061: chip found @ 0xc2 (ivtv i2c driver #1) > tveeprom 3-0050: Hauppauge model 32032, rev B326, serial# 7194627 > tveeprom 3-0050: tuner model is Temic 4036FY5 (idx 26, type 8) > tveeprom 3-0050: TV standards NTSC(M) (eeprom 0x08) > tveeprom 3-0050: audio processor is MSP4448 (idx 27) > tveeprom 3-0050: decoder processor is SAA7115 (idx 19) > tveeprom 3-0050: has no radio, has IR remote > ivtv1: Autodetected Hauppauge WinTV PVR-250 > saa7115 3-0021: saa7115 found @ 0x42 (ivtv i2c driver #1) > msp3400 3-0040: MSP4448G-A2 found @ 0x80 (ivtv i2c driver #1) > msp3400 3-0040: MSP4448G-A2 supports radio, mode is autodetect and > autoselect > ivtv1: Encoder revision: 0x02050032 > ivtv1: Registered device video2 for encoder MPEG > ivtv1: Registered device video34 for encoder YUV > ivtv1: Registered device vbi2 for encoder VBI > ivtv1: Registered device video26 for encoder PCM audio > tuner 3-0061: type set to 8 (Temic NTSC (4036 FY5)) > ivtv1: Initialized Hauppauge WinTV PVR-250, card #1 > ivtv: ==================== END INIT IVTV ==================== > > > _______________________________________________ > ivtv-users mailing list > [email protected] > http://ivtvdriver.org/mailman/listinfo/ivtv-users _______________________________________________ ivtv-users mailing list [email protected] http://ivtvdriver.org/mailman/listinfo/ivtv-users
