Well it is good to know the source of the error.  It is not IVTV but
rather Myth being inefficient.

Is there any hope of this patch being accepted into the mainline Myth?
I do not roll my own but rather depend on Axel's RPMs.

Maybe we can talk about this offline since it is proven that this is not
an IVTV problem.
