I'm trying to use my computer with a largish LCD monitor as a TV. It's all working except that when there are rapid changes to screen regions, the edges of the regions get all fuzzy with lattices of black lines until the regions stabilize. This makes rapid-action TV such as hockey almost unwatchable. I don't believe this is "ghosting" at the screen, but rather rendering/decoding that's too slow at some point. But where? Is it
+ the TV capture card (Hauppauge PVR-250), + the driver (ivtv-0.9.1-123), + the cpu (Athlon XP3200+), + the video player (xine worst, mplayer bad, vlc slightly better), + the video card (nvidia N7600GS), + the video driver (nvidia), or + the screen (Dell 2001FP at 1600x1200) ? I'm using a DVI cable to the screen. Bob T. _______________________________________________ ivtv-users mailing list [email protected] http://ivtvdriver.org/mailman/listinfo/ivtv-users
