ivtv-fb now supports console output, so the default resolution was dropped to 
reduce the overscan & make it easier to read any output.

To change the resolution, you can either use the options 'osd_xres' 
& 'osd_yres' when loading the module, or by using a command such as 'fbset' 
once the module is loaded.

i.e.
 modprobe ivtv-fb osd_xres=720 osd_yres=576
or
 fbset -xres 720 -vxres 720 -yres 576 -vyres 576
