I've yet to be able to find enough info on how to actually apply a diff.
The man pages would be good if they dropped the history and explained
it's use a little more. Oh well. After 3 years I've yet to apply one. 

I have the exact same card as you. I didn't run into any problems. I've
attached my ivtv info here for you to review. I'm not so sure this is an
ivtv issue as it is Myth. If you want, you may email me directly at
