Does 'cat /dev/video0 >/dev/video16' work fine? If so, then it's 
unlikely that it is a driver bug. If not, then please mail the ivtv 
intialization messages in the kernel log and the output 
of: 'v4l2-ctl --log-status' while the 'cat' command is in progress.
