Well as long as the saa7115 says 44.1 kHz and the audio is set at 48 kHz 
you will have these stutters. The saa7127 has nothing to do with this.

It still looks as if your configuration is really broken somehow.

Do this as root (make sure MythTV is shutdown):

rmmod ivtv
modprobe ivtv

Now check the kernel log and copy all the ivtv initialization messages: 
I need to see them.

Now select a valid channel using ivtv-tune.

Now run: v4l2-ctl --log-status

If the saa7115 audio freq. is still 44.1 and the MPEG audio still 48 
kHz, then something really weird is going on in your setup and I'll 
have to see the logs.

If not, then try: 'cat /dev/video0 >/dev/video16' and see if you get 
proper audio now. If not, then run the logstatus again (while the cat 
is still running) and check the audio frequencies.

Let me know the results.
